In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, GTT-Technologies utilizes a support ticket system. Our support center servers are located in Germany and collect no personal data other than full name, email, IP address (also phone number, Customer ID and Dongle ID where applicable and provided by the user) of those using GTT's support ticket system. It also stores whatever data users decide to submit as part of a support ticket. These data are protected according to GDPR regulations. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and reliability of any personnel who have access to them to protect these data against unauthorized disclosure, destruction or alteration.
